1. Limited Warranty

Gla Hair Factory warrants our hair products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of days from the date of receipt (“Warranty Period”).

2. What to be Covered

Our Warranty Policy covers defects in the materials and workmanship of the hair products during the “Warranty Period”. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Hair that is able to be returned and exchanged must follow the following conditions:

  • Hair MUST NOT have been styled, colored, cut, bleached, or altered in any situation;
  • Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
  • Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
  • Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice;
  • Refunds or exchanges are applied for wrong sent or manufacturing errors only.
  • Customers can provide the video of unboxing the package.
  • The hair you receive is not correct with the order (in color, in length, in quantity, synthetic hair mix situation…)

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Products that unlicensed personnel have altered or repaired;
  • Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or storage;
  • Any consequential or incidental damages.
  • Any damage in use that cause from incorrect care.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact our customer service department at Whatsapp:(+84) 349008247 during the “Warranty Period”. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and video of unboxing the package, must be presented.

5. Our Obligation

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found during the “Warranty Period” and the original purchaser complies with the warranty claim procedures, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product.

6. Return of Defective Products

If we determine that the product needs to be returned for warranty service, the original purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the original purchaser.

7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except for the express warranty provided herein, Gla Hair Factory disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gla Hair Factory shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the use of its products, whether based on warranty, contract, or otherwise. 

9. Changes to the Warranty Policy

Gla Hair Factory reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Warranty Policy will be posted on our website.
